We are excited to announce the 78th Annual SLV Regional Science Fair Art Contest!

Every year the SLV Regional Science Fair reaches out to the large and talented pool of 4th through 12th grade students in our San Luis Valley schools to request the creation of our next annual Science Fair Logo, which will be featured on our website as well as on all of our publications for that year’s fair cycle! 

All artwork that is submitted will be judged for creativity, visual appeal, and the best representation of a unique STEM theme!

Single students, or groups of two working as a team may enter ONE artwork submission.  The winning artist(s) will be announced at the SLV Regional Science Fair Awards ceremony and will receive a $50 check (attendance at the ceremony is welcomed, but not required).

Requirements and Guidelines for Artwork Submissions:

–  Artwork design must incorporate themes related to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
–  Artwork must contain the words “78th SLV Regional Science Fair“, and be shown somewhere clearly and prominently within the design
–  Artwork must be ORIGINAL and HAND-DRAWN, and be in black pen or marker on letter-sized white paper
–  Design size can be up to 8″ wide by 10.5″ across (larger entries will be scaled down to that size)
–  The student(s) First and Last Name, Name of School, and Date of Submission must appear in the upper right-hand corner of the paper containing the artwork
